• The hostel is not responsible for valuable objects introduced and left in your room without the knowledge of the administration (Civil Code).
  • The reservation of the room is not linked to a space in the garage.
  • Once payment has been made for accommodation, reservations and other hostel services, there is no room for claim or refund.
  • No exchanges are accepted outside the time of ticket by invoice.
  • All consumption must be cancelled - in advance whether it is for accommodation or services
  • For purposes of credit for lodging and other services, a guarantee must be left (cash and/or signed voucher).
  • Only the person registered at the hostel is considered a guest.
  • The guest agrees to deliver the room as it was delivered.
  • Any damage or deterioration produced by the guest within the facilities will be assumed by the owner.
  • In order to make a quick check out, please inform us 10 minutes in advance so that we can prepare your account.
  • When the guest checks out, all visitors must leave the room and/or identify themselves.
  • All visitors must be received in the lobby and/or cafeteria.
  • The number of people in a room is determined by the type of room taken.
  • Garments left in custody may not exceed three months.
  • Any object left in warranty will be taken as custody and may be sold, auctioned by the hostel within 3 months of the date of delivery (custody).
  • The company may sell, auction, gift such objects after the deadline (3 months).
  • Telephone calls must have a cash guarantee and/or signed voucher to make the calls.
  • All custody will be given only to the owner of the property.
  • The user of custody is obliged to comply with the internal rules of the hostel.
  • In case the payment is made by credit card, refunds will be made via bank in no way in cash.
  • It is forbidden to introduce in the rooms irons, candles, microwaves, inflammables, etc.
  • I authorize the company to remove my luggage from the room in case I have not cancelled my stay until 12 MD. No place to claim.
  • To ensure the use of my room and thus stay and stay must pay the cost of the room a day before.
  • Any payment made after the ½ day will be updated to rack rate (normal rate).
  • The payment for ½ stay rate will have a maximum departure at 19:00 hours and the payment will be calculated based on 50% of the rack rate (normal rate).
  • Payments for accommodation cannot be used to cover consumption or calls and vice versa.
